Blast From The Recent Past

As you dedicated readers out there already know, Mike and I were extras in the Bollywood movie Neal N' Nikki, where we played the tortured and complex roles of Random Gringos #7 and #16. It has just come to my attention that this cinematic masterpiece has already been released on DVD, and can be purchased, via the interweb, at http://www1.yashrajfilms.com/homeent/nnn_dvd.htm. If you are interested in a slice of OC history, you should definitely pick this bad boy up.

If you can see your way to getting a copy for us in the meantime, that would also rock. I'm keen to see my debut.

I told you I'd never complain about the entry insertions again. I say a lot of things.

It just occurred to me that when I saw Subway to Venus with Nilma last week, I bitched about the insertions and they bug her too! So it's not just me.

What an interesting insight into indian culture...
In the US, movie studios go to Vancouver and pretend its the home country.
In India, they film in Mumbai, and pretend its Vancouver!

It was a bit wierd to be in that little slice of Canada. The set was a bit too stereotyped to seem real.
